To ensure a seamless experience, please arrive at the Santa set at your designated booking time to check in with our photography team. Punctuality is essential, as late arrivals may impact your opportunity to meet Santa at Burnside Village. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for missed appointments, so please plan your visit accordingly.

Full payment via credit card is required to confirm your booking. Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Please have this email available for verification when you arrive at the Santa set.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your Santa visit, you may do so through the 'Reschedule or Cancel Booking' button found in your confirmation email. For assistance, please contact us at bookings@adelaidefestivephotography.com, providing your original booking details. Should you need to cancel your booking, email us with your original booking information, and we will process the refund. Note that a non-refundable administration fee of $5.50 applies to all cancellations.

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as major events, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or other disruptions—we reserve the right to make adjustments to bookings to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Cancellations and refunds are not available once images are printed. However, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. You will have the opportunity to review your photographs on-site before they are printed. If a product does not meet your expectations, please bring any concerns to our attention immediately during the approval or collection process. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

Please collect your products from the Santa set by 3 pm on 24th December 2025. If you are unable to collect your items by this time, contact us at bookings@adelaidefestivephotography.com to arrange postage (postage fees apply). Ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct, as we are not responsible for any incorrect details. Uncollected items after the specified date will be stored offsite for a maximum of 30 days.

Digital files must be downloaded within 7 days of your photo session. We do not guarantee availability beyond this timeframe, so please ensure you download your files promptly.

The safety and well-being of our visitors are of utmost importance. While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment on the Santa set, Adelaide Festive Photography shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during your visit. We ask that you follow the directions of our staff at all times and ensure children are supervised throughout the experience.
We kindly ask that you treat our team with the same care and respect they extend to you.

Adelaide Festive Photography shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, power failures, or any other events that could not have been foreseen or prevented even with due care. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected bookings.

After participating in the Santa photo session, we may request that you agree to grant Adelaide Festive Photography and its partners the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute images and video footage of you and any minors under your care for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. We will always reach out for approval before using any such materials, and no images will be used without your prior correspondence and consent. Should you have any concerns, please inform our team in writing before the shoot begins.
